Red Lipstick Makeup Tutorial for Dark Skin

Red Lipstick Makeup Tutorial: Coloured Raine Cherry Blossom

coloured raine cherry blossom

I have always admired a bold red lipstick paired with the perfect look.  I was told all the time growing up, and even as an adult, that red lipstick just wasn’t for me—it was for light skinned girls.  Girls like me should stick to colors like purple, but never red.  I’ll admit it got to me, I never really felt comfortable with most reds and certainly not without a liner.  This makeup tutorial shows my new found, perfect red lipstick makeup look for dark skin! It is super easy, and WOC friendly, so I hope you all enjoy 🙂

Vampy Lip for Dark Skin

Vampy Lip for Dark Skin: Coloured Raine Tootsie Liquid Lipstick

vampy lip for dark skin

Hey guys! Welcome back to my blog 🙂 I wanted to come on and film this video sort of like a goodbye to Winter (hopefully we will be saying hello to Spring soon!)  This is a reddish brown vampy lip that I have been LOVING recently and so I wanted to come on and share it with all of you.  What I love most about this look is how wearable it is for an everyday look this season, just shopping or going out to lunch or coffee, but it is also super glam! You could easily transition this look for a night out on the town, or keep it as is for a date or dinner with the girls 🙂 the liquid lipstick is budge proof, and wears very comfortably so it is worry free! Another great thing about this Vampy Red Lip: it is a gorgeous dramatic vampy color on so many skintones, even darker ones like mine.  Be sure to watch the makeup tutorial below to get the look! Enjoy 🙂
