8 Session Package – 1 Hour Sessions

This package includes four 60-minute 1:1 sessions with Fumi, conducted via Zoom.  Each session includes custom journal prompts and exercises, along with structured feedback and guidance during implementation.  Please follow the instructions in your onboarding email prior to schedule.  All coaching sessions are recorded for the protection of both me and the client. If you are not willing to have your session recorded, please do not book, as this is not negotiable.
