I polled the audience, and the vast majority of people opted for a video on
confidence. One of the most common comments I get on my platform is from
people admiring how confident I am, so I decided to make the video.

There is a level of confidence that translates into an IT factor no one can resist.

Whether in person, or on social media, confidence is like an irresistible, magnetic light that shines from within and makes people stop and pay attention.

Magnetic, irresistible confidence cannot be faked.

Too often, people try to fake confidence then get confused and frustrated when their environment doesn’t respond the way they hoped.

Confidence is not the same as arrogance.

Confidence is not the same as thinking and acting like you are better than everyone else.

Confidence is not pretending you are perfect, and can do no wrong.

Confidence is not constantly pointing the finger at others, as you live in denial with regard to your own flaws.

Confidence is knowing that you are one of a kind, and resisting the urge to compare yourself to others at all—either to feel worse, or better than them.

Confidence requires healthy self-awareness, and that breeds humility.

Confidence is having the courage to admit that you are a work in progress—flawed, but getting better everyday—and still feeling good about yourself.

Confidence requires being vulnerable, admitting you are wrong, and embracing healthy accountability to see your own role in the undesirable patterns in your life.
